ASHLEIGH STROTHER FLERCHINGER BSN, RN

Ashleigh is originally from Portland Oregon and migrated to Scottsdale Arizona where she fell in love with the most beautiful soul who moved her to Clarkston Washington in 2009! She attended Lewis Clark State College where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

Starting her career in the intensive care unit in 2013 she gained an intense knowledge of how the body works.

She has always had a knack for beauty and fashion trends so aesthetics came naturally and a venture she decided to explore.

In June 2019 she joined the valleys only plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Ozeran to turn her dream into reality! Since she has been trained by the likes of Erika Barry, Zelda Swain, Jennifer Prince, Melissa Berg and Angela Sattler as well as the famous anatomist Dr Chris Surek.

Ashleigh is a wife and mother of three beautiful children.

When not working you can find Ashleigh home with family or buried in her phone watching injection videos or reading science journals.

Hi, I’m Nicole Engledow! I am a Nurse Practitioner, LCSC Nursing Instructor and Emergency Room Provider at Dayton General Hospital. I’ve had previous experience as a medical director in the Aesthetic Industry and now I will be overseeing the day to day as one of the medical directors at LCV Beauty!

Hi, I’m Aaron Dorcy! I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the local Operating Rooms of TriState Hospital and St. Joesph Regional Medical Center. At LCV Beauty I am one of the medical directors and will be specializing in comfort and sedation as well as complication management!

Hi! My name is Stephanie Smith, and I’m a Registered Nurse with 6 years of critical care experience. I recently made the exciting decision to join the world of aesthetics. I’ve always had an obsession with all things beauty-related, and when the opportunity came about to finally step into the aesthetics industry, naturally, I jumped at the chance to join the team at LCV Beauty. 

My goal as an injector is to always deliver safe, natural, and realistic expectations while providing full-face rejuvenation to enhance one’s unique beauty. All the while, I continue striving to keep everyone’s face healthy and glowing from the inside out. I have trained extensively with Ashleigh Strother, Katie Brennan, Whitney Carlsen, Zelda Swain, and Rana Kennelly.

When I am not helping patients be the best versions of themselves, you can find me traveling around the world or fishing with my husband & cute pup.

Lynzee Hewett, BSN

Hi everybody! My name is Lynzee Hewett, formerly Wilson, and I’m the new face here at LCV Beauty! I graduated from Lewis-Clark State College in 2019 with my Bachelors of Nursing. I then went into working with newborns and postpartum mothers for 2 and a half years. I loved working in labor and delivery, but recently found a new love for aesthetics! Beauty and health go hand in hand and, with that being said, I am so excited to be doing infusions and vitamin injections, laser hair removal, and being Ashleigh and Stephanie’s right hand gal!

I recently married my high school sweetheart, Vince, who is a winemaker at Rivaura Estate Winery – hence my love of all things wine. In my free time I like to travel, read, and spend time with my family and friends!

I am beyond excited to be learning my way around the aesthetics world and serve our community!

Krystal Sherill LMT, NT

My massage journey started in 2018 when I attended massage school at Altura College of Massage in Pullman, WA. After I graduated, I began working in a Chiropractor’s office doing treatment work. The chiropractor and I worked hand in hand to get our patients the combined care and treatment they needed to improve their overall health and wellness. As much as I enjoyed the treatment work, I knew something was missing. As I continue to invest my time and education in the ‘spa-relaxation-self-care world, I wanted to be more in-depth with self-care and wellness.  

I opened my business, Krystal Clear Massage, and began my journey at Rooted Salon and Spa, where I was for 2 years, with an amazing group of girls. However, I still found myself wanting to go more into the aesthetics world. This is why I so gratefully landed at LCV Beauty Aesthetics. I am beyond excited to continue my journey with Ashleigh and her amazing team. In addition, being at LCV Beauty has given me the opportunity to provide more treatments, such as spa pedicures, for which I am also licensed. 

All my treatments are individualized to fit YOUR goals. I look forward to seeing all my current clients at the new location and gaining new clients!

Juanita Picard-Harris LE

Hi I’m Juanita! My passion is all things beauty, especially assisting those in their skincare journey! I have been a licensed nail technician for 19 years now and while I have taken time away from the beauty industry, I have always found my way back! Last year I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my passion in skincare. In September of 2022, I graduated esthetician school and I am excited to start offering an array of services such as custom facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, dermaplaning and micro needling at LCV Beauty Aesthetics. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my children as I am a mom of six. I also enjoy an exciting book, a balanced glass of wine and all things teal! I’m Lana Ristau, Patient Care Coordinator and the Creative Director at LCV Beauty Aesthetics! I’ve had the pleasure of learning and growing at LCV Beauty since August 2021. I am a visionary, detail-oriented person and I value uplifting and helping others feel like their best self. You can come to me with any questions about skincare, injectables, in-office treatments, or social media inquiries. I am Sofia Mendez, one of the Patient Care Coordinators you’ll see behind the front desk at LCV Beauty! I am from Portland, Oregon and recently moved to the Lewis and Clark Valley. I am so happy to be working at LCV Beauty, I have always been in love with learning all about skincare, health, and beauty which is why I felt joining the LCV Beauty team was a perfect fit for me! I am currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in accounting. When I’m not behind the front desk, you can find me traveling, online shopping or spending time with my family!

Peyten Ely

Chair-side Assistant, Front Office Coordinator

You can say I’m Peyten and I was born and raised in Lewiston, ID. I graduated from the University of Idaho and played on their volleyball team while earning my Bachelors in Exercise, Sport, and Health Sciences as well as Pre-Nursing. I am currently in the nursing program at LCSC where I will graduate with my BSN as a Registered Nurse in May of 2024. When I’m not studying, you can find me spending time with my dog Jersey or with my friends and family! I love being apart of the LCV Beauty team and have a huge passion for aesthetics!

KAREN O'SHAUGHNESSY RVT, RDCS (AE), RDMS (AB, OB/GYN)

Karen grew up here in the LC Valley and trained at St Joseph Regional Medical Center. The majority of her diagnostic imaging experience is in sonography, with 21 years of experience. Karen maintains national credentialing in adult echocardiography, vascular, abdomen, and OB/GYN.

Originally from a small island in WA state, Ivy obtained her Bachelor’s in Medical Science from WSU, then completed ultrasound training in Jacksonville, FL. She is 1 of 5 in the state of Idaho to hold national credentials in vascular, abdomen, breast, OB/GYN, and adult echocardiography. She has worked as a travel technologist for the last 6 years providing quality studies to a range of populations across the United States.

Hi guys! I am so excited to be joining the LCV Beauty team and be your go to for IV therapy, vitamin shots and laser hair removal!

After graduating nursing school, I went straight into working as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, which I continue to love! Meeting new people and supporting growing families has me falling in love even more with our beautiful valley. I’m really looking forward to reaching out into our community with LCV Beauty and meeting even more smiling faces!

In May of 2021, I married my best friend and high school sweetheart! My husband is an Idaho hunting outfitter and together we’ve had the opportunity to experience amazing places in the backcountry of Idaho. Hi, I’m Venice Weaver! I am so excited to be a part of the incredible LCV Beauty team. I will be helping you with laser hair removal treatments, as well as giving you your vitamin shots and IV therapies. I have been a nurse since 2009 and I have worked in the Medical-Surgical unit, PACU, and the outpatient setting.

My family and I moved here to the valley in 2018 from Alaska, and we love all kinds of outdoor activities! I have recently found my love for bodybuilding and competed last spring. It was an amazing experience and it taught me the importance of self-care. When you feel good inside, the rest will follow ( attitude, confidence, how you treat people). I call it the “glow from within”. I am excited to be learning about the world of aesthetics and I can’t wait to share that with you.
